• If you are a resident of East Cleveland...

    1. Click the  link above to complete the online application for enrollment (you will need a valid email address to complete enrollment):
    2. Once you have completed the application, you will be contacted by the district registrar.  The district registrar will send you a follow up link to your application asking you to upload your registration artifacts.  The district registrar will also schedule an in-person appointment to review your application and artifacts.

    Supporting documents you will need:

    • Student’s birth certificate
    • Parent’s photo ID
    • Any custody paperwork indicating guardianship
      • Journal entry
      • Grandparent power of attorney
      • Guardianship or custody decree
      • Divorce decree
    • Student immunization records
    • Most recent student school records
      • For high school students, a copy of the transcript
      • For K-8 students, a copy of the most recent report card
      • For any student transferring after the first 30 days of the school year, a report card
      • Diagnostic assessment information (STAR, NWEA MAP, iReady, etc.)
      • Attendance records
      • Behavior records
    • For students who receive special services,
      • A copy of the ETR (Evaluation Team Report)
      • A copy of the IEP (Individual Education Plan)
      • A copy of the WAP (Written Acceleration Plan)
      • A copy of the WEP (Written Enrichment Plan)
    • 2 copies of proof of residency; those documents include
      • A utility bill (gas, electric, home phone, or water/sewer)
      • A copy of the declaration page of the lease agreement
      • A copy of the renter's rent receipt with the current address on it
      • A copy of the renter’s/home owner’s insurance policy
      • A copy of the mortgage statement
      • A bank statement
      • A pay stub
    • For students entering the seventh grade, please make sure that the immunizations records include MCV4 and Tdap vaccines

    Please note that a cell phone bill, a cable bill, any junk mail, or a photo ID is not a valid form of proof of residency.  Also note that all documents must not be more than 90 days old.

    1. Once your application and supporting items have been reviewed and your in-person meeting is held, you will be contacted by the building your student attends to schedule an appointment for orientation to receive a schedule and other necessary items.
